How can I join a programme at Krav Maga Cardiff?
We encourage anyone interested in training at the academy to book a Trial Class to determine whether we have the right programme for your needs. Quite often a trial will identify exactly the type of self-defence programme is right for you... or maybe you will be hooked by them all.
